We have a fantastic opportunity to join the world's most broadly-based healthcare company supporting their business as a Customer Service Executive. This is a full time temporary ongoing role working between 9.00am - 6.00pm (30 minute lunch) 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, based on their prestigious site in Pinewood, Wokingham, paying £12.30 per hour (Please note this role in the first instance will be working from home but will become office based)
Responsibilities:
- This role is to support the UK market, so you would be dealing with inbound calls from healthcare professionals who are predominantly within the NHS and the private medical sector.
- Processing telephone orders, inquiries, complaints, and requests for information
- Arranging for returns and credits to customer's accounts
- Provide updates to customers and collect feedback on customer satisfaction
- Working with stakeholders from all areas of the business
- Maintaining corporate SLAs and individual KPIs
- Responding to email inquiries from customers
- Maintaining customer and product knowledge
Requirements:
- Strong customer focus
- Effective communication skills - verbal and written
- E-commerce experience is an advantage
- Salesforce experience is an advantage
- High accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good computer skills including data input
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Organisational, numerical and administrative skills
- Willingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them when necessary
