We have a fantastic opportunity to join the world's most broadly-based healthcare company supporting their business as a Customer Service Executive. This is a full time temporary ongoing role working between 9.00am - 6.00pm (30 minute lunch) 37 hours a week Monday to Friday, based on their prestigious site in Pinewood, Wokingham, paying £12.30 per hour (Please note this role in the first instance will be working from home but will become office based)

Responsibilities:

  • This role is to support the UK market, so you would be dealing with inbound calls from healthcare professionals who are predominantly within the NHS and the private medical sector.
  • Processing telephone orders, inquiries, complaints, and requests for information
  • Arranging for returns and credits to customer's accounts
  • Provide updates to customers and collect feedback on customer satisfaction
  • Working with stakeholders from all areas of the business
  • Maintaining corporate SLAs and individual KPIs
  • Responding to email inquiries from customers
  • Maintaining customer and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Strong customer focus
  • Effective communication skills - verbal and written
  • E-commerce experience is an advantage
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • High accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good computer skills including data input
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • Organisational, numerical and administrative skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them when necessary
