Job Details
Manpower are recruiting for Customer Service Agents in Barnsley.
12 week assignment
We will need to complete Security Checks as part of the application with no cost to candidate.
Pay £9.01 per hour
The Role
- Responsible for answering high volumes of inbound calls from customers
- Taking ownership of tracking customer orders
- Supporting drivers regarding collection and deliveries
- Updating customer accounts
- General administration as and when required
Experience Needed
- Proven customer service, contact centre or administration experience
- IT literate including Microsoft Packages
- Confident and resilient with the ability to work using own initiative
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Has the ability to hit the ground running
Hours of work:
- Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm
Candidates must be available to start Training on Monday 30th November 2020.
