Training Delivery Resourcing Administrator x2
About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Training Delivery Resourcing Administrator.
The purpose of role will be to work within a team who are responsible for the effective management of team rotas, considering qualification requirements, geographical locations and other external factors.
Major tasks and activities:
- Monitoring of volume forecast data, including updating forecast data and tracking actuals vs forecast
- Developing and managing demand management processes
- Analysing and documenting resource requirements
- Maximising utilisation
- Managing the geographical allocation of staff efficiently across numerous locations
What do I need to do the role?
You'll need 5 GCSEs grade C or above, including Maths and English or equivalent, 2 A levels grade C or above, covering either Maths, Science, Computing or business/economics subjects or equivalent or a specific IT/data/business/project based qualification, advanced Excel capability; able to develop existing and new models considering sustainability, ease of use and resilience, including capability to work with basic formulas and have the ability to plan schedules of circa. 100 staff.
What else do I need to know?
- The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
