About the Role
As an Training Support Analyst/ Coordinator within our Marine Training business you'll be supporting us as we deliver world-class training both UK and Internationally. With over 800,000 training days delivered so far we equip people to operate and support the most complex marine platforms, logistics and equipment - using our collaborative, customer centric approach.
As the Training Support Analyst you will work with the obtain feedback from the students at the end of the course provided, who can be anyone from new recruits up to senior officers. You will review all feedback, collate in reports and identify trends to identify changes needed for all future courses.
What do I need to do the role?
- Administration experience
- Must be comfortable in supporting the delivering of training to a group of people
- Must have the ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines
- Must be IT literate; Excel, Word and experience using internal databases
What else do I need to know?
- You should hold or have the ability to obtain full SC clearance
- Role will require some occasional travel.
