About the role
Here at Babcock International, we're looking to recruit a Stores Operator to provide stores and equipment, in order to support training and routine business in any nominated store.
Main responsibilities include;
- Issuing and receiving of goods/equipment and accounting for it on MOD Accountancy Software (training provided)
- Maintain IFS Inventory Management for all Transferred Assets
- Complete issues, demands, receipts and the replenishment of all items held on account
- Assisting with internal and external audits
This is an excellent opportunity with a healthy work/life balance and the opportunity to gain further skills.
What do I need to do the role?
You must hold a full UK driving licence and be fit and able in order to carry out arduous manual handling activities.
This position may suit ex-military or someone from a warehouse/stores/logistics background.
A fork lift truck license and experience in portable appliance testing would be desirable.
