Our client based in Peterborough are looking to add to their Contact Centre for ongoing temporary work due to a large increase in incoming calls.
The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:
* Confident telephone manner.
* Adaptable and resourceful
*Competent written/ verbal communication skills
The role:
The successful candidates will be taking inbound calls from Customers and dealing with sensitive information. You will need to be immediately available to start.
