Customer Service Advisor - Annesley
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading Energy companies in the UK?
We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client in their busy contact centre at the Sherwood Business Park in Annesley. You will be predominantly responsible for liaising with customers and charity partners regarding new and existing applications for Green Homes Grant and Warm Homes fund Schemes. You will also support with making outbound calls to referrals received, ensuring they have accurate and in depth information regarding what support is available for customers looking to save on their energy bills or become more energy efficient.
You will receive comprehensive office based training after which you will be set up to work from home.
Location: Newstead Court, Little Oak Drive, Annesley, NG15 0DR.
Pay rate: £9.75 with the opportunity to increase
Hours: Full time 37 hours between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday.
Contract: 10-12 months initially with a view to extend.
Start Date: January/February 2021
Key Skills required:
Primarily we are looking for a passionate, flexible individual who is a team player and takes pride in delivering excellent and efficient customer service.
Ideally, you'll have some previous experience working in an office based environment. Naturally you'll also have great communication skills and will be comfortable handling large volumes of calls.

- Previous experience in a customer service role; including strong customer focus with a demonstrable track record of delivering service excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to deal with customers.
- Quick to learn, absorb & retain information
- IT literate with experience with all Microsoft Office applications.
