My Client is one of the largest financial institutions in the UK and is seeking individuals who can provide exceptional customer service. They offer a fantastic paid training programme with ongoing support and development.

Full time temporary position of £10.66 per hour working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm. This is a temporary role for up to 12 months.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail. You will be supporting our Payments Operations team in processing the daily settlement payments for various payment schemes both external to schemes and internally across our main franchises. You'll be joining a friendly team with a collaborative ethos and making a real contribution to a critical aspect of the bank's work.

Ideal candidates will have solid customer service experience, excellent IT skills, attention to detail and adaptability are essential. Knowledge of payment systems (Euro clear/ Crest) and processing would be an advantage but is not essential if you are a quick learner

Finally, you'll need be able to work well under pressure, prioritising workflow to produce great customer experience.
