Our client, a leading energy provider, is currently looking to hire an Administrator in a Document Controller role for their site based in Leiston. This role would suit an experienced Document Controller as well as someone who is looking to move into an Administrative role, as full training will be provided.
- Undertake clerical and administration duties, in particular use of Asset Management Suite (AMS) as part of the Document / Records Management process.
- Working to fixed timescales to meet deadlines, displaying attention to detail and a questioning attitude.
- Reviewing documents and ensuring they are issued in a timely manner.
- Dealing with incoming records and scanning.
- Assisting in the delivery of the Station Records Management Improvement Plan.
A full criminal record check and drug and alcohol test will be completed before commencing employment.
