Production Operative(s)

Due to further expansion within the company, a number of positions have arisen for Production Operatives to join a metal treatment specialist, with both days and night shift positions available.

Located in Corby and having been established for over 20 years, my client has grown into a leader within their industry. Essentially, we are interested in speaking to people who are reliable, hardworking, self-motivated and used to working in a fast-moving industrial environment. Previous experience of working with metals, whether it's in steel, welding, castings or metal coatings would be desirable but certainly not essential. What's more important is that you have an interest in a hands-on role and are eager to learn.

In return, you will benefit from a structured training program that will enable you to become fully-skilled in all stages of the production process, along with an excellent salary of £11 per hour, a £75 weekly shift premium (night shift only) and bonuses ranging from £35 - £70 per week, in addition to this. Overtime is readily available for those who want it, at a time and half in the week and double time at the weekends.

The company are easily accessible from Kettering, Market Harborough and some part of Peterborough and Northampton.
