Our client, based in the Carrickfergus area are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator to join their team immediately.
Daily pick management to fulfil requirement for two production sites.
Manage receipt of inbound raw material to warehouse and maintain receipt monitor.
Action inbound materials for book-in based on receipt monitor and any special requests made by customer.
Ensure accurate data log of information on customer Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Support Finished Goods shipping office admin duties as and when required.
Management of delivery paperwork.
Assisting with general admin duties as and when required.
Support Goods out department as and when required.
Liaise with other departments as and when required.
Essential Criteria: Successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 GCSES, excellent knowledge of IT Systems, and have experience within a warehouse/administration environment. Shipping experience would be desirable.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
