Are you looking to work in a fast paced environment and can multi-task, whilst juggling your priorities for the work load given, then this could be the ideal role for you.
Your role would be mainly around administration including using a number of database systems. You would be part of a team ensuring the correct service orders are prepared for the operatives to carry out their duties to the customers efficiently and effectively, and any disruptions to the customers are minimal.
Having a good knowledge of using computer systems would be the key to this role as the service orders and time schedules need to be accurate, and being able to prioritise to ensure all the Dispatch Team have all the correct information.
This role for the time being would be working from home where the equipment is provided.
