We are currently recruiting a HR administrator for our client based in Immingham.
To work closely with a HR regional team to provide an effective administrative service to ensure all HR activity is effectively managed and organised.
You will have excellent administration skills and be adept at picking up new processes and procedures.
*Supporting with payroll process.
*Arrange new starter inductions
*Responsible for updating the HR system
*Produce contracts and offer letters for new hires, new starter administration, probation, absence and exit administration
*Assist with leaver exit interviews
*Assist with the annual salary review process
*Support with redundancy, grievance disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings (in a support capacity only)
*Other ad hoc projects
