My client, one of the leading Banks in the country is seeking a team of professional administrators to join their team on a temporary contract until September 2021
The organisation pride themselves on their professionalism and customer service that they provide to their clients and internal staff.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.00pm
Pay rate of £11.00 per hour
To be successful in your application you must be able to pass a credit check, be able to provide 2 years referencing and proof of 3 years address history. This information is requited due to strict vetting processes.
Some of your duties will include but not limited too.
Respond to queries from customers and stakeholders promptly
and within agreed timescales
Deliver successful customer and business outcomes by processing, authorising and investigating all transactions
Dealing with general Banking and office support administration
Responding to emails, queries etc
Providing first class customer service to both external and internal customers
Accurately collecting the required information from customers and business
Actively participate in initiatives to improve customer service, processes and procedures
Review manual or ineffective processes which could be automated or enhanced, to enable the provision of a superior
customer and business experience
