Job Details

Our client, a well known, leading energy provider is recruiting a business support administrator to join the team as part of the multi-disciplined cross-functional Station Support Team, carrying out general admin duties for the wider site. However, some of the work will be specifically supporting the Operations Department.

Key Tasks

  • Raising requisitions for Ops and Chemistry
  • Monitoring a multi million consumables budget, including forecasting, shuffling, and reciting all deliveries
  • Control and order all fuel deliveries
  • Process all deliveries to the site Central Control Room and receipt all tanker loads
  • Process all VISA transactions for the department
  • Complete monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess good influencing skills. Be open, honest and trustworthy.
  • Ability to work well within the team and other departments but also be confident to work on their own.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Be confident to challenge and raise concerns.
  • Willingness to prompt managers when required
