Job Details

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask required activities, ensuring service level and contractual requirements are followed.
  • Ability to ensure rigour around the security and on-boarding process, so no breach of the Security standard.
  • A developed ability to communicate, verbally and written.
  • Attention to detail and ability to capture all data correctly.
  • Ability to identify problems, appreciate the issues and then offer suggestions for resolution.
  • Ability to write and maintain Processes/Procedures/WINs in line with changes.

    o Validating data and ensuring documentation adheres to requirements.
    o Tracking and monitoring progress of applications for higher level clearance requests.
    o Using the internal systems.
    o Dealing with confidential information.
    o Reporting.
    o Mailbox management.
    o Supporting general onboarding activities including ordering kit, accounts
