Overall Department Direction
To work as part of the accounts payable/receivable team within the central finance department

Main Purpose of Role
* Process purchase and sales ledger invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
* Liaise with suppliers, customers and purchasing department regarding invoice queries and payment schedules.
* Reconcile supplier statements and request copy invoices/credits when required.
* Provide timely and accurate financial information to other departments within the company as and when required.
* Undertake any ad-hoc and administrative duties as required.

What do I need to do the role:

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competences
* Good reconciliations experience
* Good computer skills - a working knowledge of the following software packages would be advantageous, IFS, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
* Ability to work accurately and to meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Ideally have worked with multiple currencies - FX experience
