Key deliverables of the role:

  • Design and deploy the central Unstereotype change program that is a blend of guidance, tools, inspiration, helping our brands be much more modern and Unstereotypical in their advertising.
  • Design and execute innovative programs that help raise the quality of our creativity
  • Work with UN Women to help grow the member base of the alliance, collaborate with other members to create thought pieces for the broader membership, help deliver global campaigns

  • A passion and expertise in creativity and creating brands communications.
  • Should have at least 8 years of experience in creating advertising for global brands. Multi-market exposure is key

Entrepreneurial mindset and a Positive attitude

Other Critical Personal Characteristics: We want someone who will be imaginative, action oriented and able to operate at a strategic level - this is about clear direction setting and then executing with excellence, whilst encouraging creativity across the teams.

The candidate will need to be proactive and self-starting.

An ability to deal with complex information, clear prioritization and structured approach is a must. Strong influencing skills both in and outside of existing hierarchies.

The candidate will demonstrate strong external awareness of the rapidly changing world of digital and consumer behaviours, creating cutting edge communications.
