Manpower is currently recruiting for an Assembly Team Leader to work in the outskirts of Oxford on an on-going basis to start immediately.

Working:

Monday - Thursday 7am - 430pm

Friday 7am - 11am

To provide day-to-day management of Production Operatives ensuring that manufacturing levels are maintained and to act as an expert in their required area.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Management of Team Members.
  • Achievement of production targets and productivity.
  • Equipment and process maintenance / development.
  • Lean and Continuous Improvement.

    • Due to the location of the factory OWN transport is essential as there is NO public transport to the location.
