Senior HRBP (Global Finance)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior HRBP (Global Finance) to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars, London (to work from home until COVID-19 restrictions are lifted, then 4 days based in the Office). This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 15 months, working a 36.25-hour week, to start ASAP. This role is paying up- to £72,000, pro rata per annum, depending on experience.

Role Overview

Our vision is to bring Human Capital and Financial Capital closer together and we are recruiting to fill a stretching role blending partnering responsibilities for a group of Finance leaders and independent ownership of one or more strategic projects.

You will partner the Chief Auditor, Unilever Deputy Controller and potentially Uni-Ops Finance VP/VP Pensions/VP Treasury.

In this role you will be a leadership coach, take responsibility for talent, succession, organisation, culture, reward, diversity, engagement and capability and be accountable for setting and implementing the strategic agenda including organisation transformation in your assigned areas.

You will also be an advocate for strategic Stewardship agenda across U/L and will help build the capability within the function and broader.

You will be supported by the PELs and Data specialists (through the Reimagine HR structure) with shared or dedicated resources in various locations working tirelessly to enhance the employee experience as well as through strong HR expertise functions.

You will be empowered and supported to take a lead on design and implementation of several strategic priorities on behalf of our team.

The successful candidate will:

Skills/Qualifications:

8-10 years experience with 5 years of business partnering.

Experience of working in a global organisation. Ideally UK and Global experience.

Very good working knowledge of presentations.
