I'm currently working with a multinational product led digital business that provides digital products, IT services, consulting, and operations services. They're currently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to deliver the following:
 

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of their team members.
• Set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have. need Implement continuous process improvement procedures and further develop Client relationships.
• Cultivate a positive and high performing team environment.
• Assist the in-house recruitment team with hiring.
• Liaise with cross functional teams across the globe.
• Responsible for managing a team of 5+ Team Leaders.
• Collate, present Weekly Business Review dashboard to client.
• Execute a comprehensive quality assurance processes.
• Maintain tracker at all levels (client updates, performance management etc.).
• Strive to improve the defined processes as the business creates more automation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a Service Delivery Manager.
• Proven experience leading management teams of 5+.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal staffing clients.
• Project Management skills would be advantageous.
• Strong Presentation and Data Analysis skills.
• Forecasting skills; Good in analytic thinking, problem solving, Feedback & Coaching Skills.
