Our client, one of the UK's leading energy suppliers, is looking for a Personal Assistant / Project Support to provide support to one of its Nuclear Power Station developments. This is a demanding post requiring excellent communication and organisational skills combined with pro-active approach to the diverse workload.

The role requires a high level of tact and integrity due to the sensitive nature and frequency of senior level external contacts and regular exposure to confidential commercial data.


Main Responsibilities:

*Be responsible for on-boarding of new team members, including liaising with vetting and induction teams and ensuring IT requirements are met i.e. IT equipment, phones etc.
*Working as an integral part of a team contributing to team success, communications and a positive working environment.
*Maintain and build relationships with key contacts and stakeholders, including respond to phone/email enquiries to/from wide range of external parties etc.
*Maintain confidentiality of all commercial and personal information.
*Maintain data/records so that information is readily available and easily accessible on Teamcenter, CEMAR and other systems being used by the team.
*Provide/organise office services as required (such as reprographics, binding, formatting of documents, arranging meetings, travel/accommodation, hospitality).
*Organise team meetings and events.
*Keep up to date training/induction logs on all team members and liaise with Employee Services, Vetting Team and Induction team.
*Effectively use appropriate IT systems to facilitate the preparation of reports, statistics, presentations and other information for the portfolio.
*Monitor and track any compliance activities.
*Keep track of governance process, ensuring relevant authors are aware of actions arising from Boards and ensure actions are completed by deadline.

*Attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
*Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
*Experience in managing competing priorities and demands.
*Flexible integrated approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
*Excellent organisational skills (flexible/organised/methodical).
*Discretion - confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and personal information.
*Excellent communication/interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organisation and externally.
*Previous team support experience
*Use of Outlook or similar diary/email application; Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
