Are you looking for a role where your shifts are flexible around your childcare or lifestyle?, would you like the opportunity to work part day in office, part day at home? then this flexible split shift might be for you.

Working as part of our clients Customer Service team, you will be the first point of support for our personal banking customers in one of our telephony banking teams.

In this role you'll be applying your customer service expertise when dealing with and referring customer queries. Whether it's carrying out day-to-day banking transactions like paying bills, or helping our customers identify products and services that are right for them; you'll be on the other end of the phone to take their calls. ​

As a Customer Service Representative, we'll count on you to let our customers know their options when banking with us, so they can make informed choices.

You will build effective trusted relationships with our customers on every call you take, and by listening carefully and asking the right questions, you'll identify and promote the best possible outcome.

You will ideally have some previous Customer Service experience; however, it is more important that you can demonstrate previous experience of engaging and communicating effectively with people. Excellent IT/Technology skills are essential, as well as an innovative mind set with a proactive approach to problem solving. A natural flair and a genuine desire to help customers are also essential to succeed in this role.

Our client offers a fantastic training programme that will require your full attendance throughout. During training (6/7wks) you will be required to work Monday - Friday only during core business hours (9am-5pm)

After training,your shifts will be a mix of working on site and from home. The shifts within this department will be split shifts e.g. Part one of the shift will be on site at the bank from (example) 9:30am to 2:15pm and then a break before working from home the second part of your shift (example) 5:45pm to 8pm. Total hours for the week being 35 hours. Full flexibility needed in days of work, the department is open 7 days a week, you may be required to work, 1 day each weekend.
