Analyst - Accounts Payable

Manpower are currently recruiting an Analyst within accounts payable, for our client based in Motherwell.

The successful candidate will be completing analysis on Aged Creditors, GRIR and Debit Balances, along with the following Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure SLA's are met
• Prepare monthly metrics & analysis
• Review with key stakeholders on a monthly basis
• Month end P2P KPI & Metrics
• Error Resolution Escalations
• Monitor and maintain Invoice resolution queues
• Follow up with procurement on aged items
• Provide support to procurement as needed
• Internal Key Stakeholder Support both throughout EMEA
• Weekly analysis of any payment rejections
• Analysing all parked invoices work with key-stakeholders to resolve issues
• Any other Ad-hoc Accounts Payable tasks
• Driving continuous improvement ideas

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position required, within accounts payable
• SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Good computer skills MS Office - Word, Excel required
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good organisation skills with attention to detail
• Experience in statement requests, payable ledgers, age credit and metrix
• Ability to work within a team

The hours of work will be 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday - 40 Hours Per Week
