LPG Engineer

Are you an experienced LPG engineer, with domestic and commercial experience, looking for a great opportunity to join a business which is going through a huge growth spurt? Are you looking for an hourly pay rate of circa £15-16 per hour? Then read on!

Our client is one of the biggest LPG companies in the UK, and cover all aspects of LPG engineering across the UK including Metered Estates. Most weeks, if not all weeks, you will be required to stay away from home from Monday to Friday, as the work will take you all over the UK.

As an LPG Engineer you will:

• Follow drawings and work alone in a safe manner.
• Work away from home to install, inspect and maintain vessels, pipes and meters (amongst other tasks)
• Carry out testing, purging, commissioning and certification.
• Qualified to work on Gas Meters and Gas Installation pipework including gas water heaters
• From a commercial perspective, you will also be required to work on:
• Non-domestic air heating equipment
• Polyethelene pipe electrofusion jointing
• Pipework testing and purging
• Bulk vessels and pipework
• Non-domestic hot water boilers
