Location: Luton

Hours: Monday - Friday Rotational shifts every 2 weeks (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00)

Job type: Temp - Perm

Salary: £12.82 - £15.38 per hour

Experience required:

• Experience of assembling and commissioning of new instruments in a Test and Measurement Equipment environment including D.C. and mains powered instruments.
• Experienced Gas test technician who will work with toxic and normal gases in the Gas department
• Knowledge and experience of hardware fault finding and repair to component level.
• Experience of creating and using software-controlled test systems for test and Calibration (familiarity with LabView would be useful).
• Ability to read and understand complex technical documents (schematic, assembly drawings, test procedures, etc.)
• Evidence of willingness to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills.
• Experienced solderer, electrical & circuit board assembly, wiring, PCB schematics, repairing to electronic component level
