Manpower is working in partnership with an international multi-disciplinary engineering services contractor, who for the past 50+ years have been the engineering service provider of choice in growth divisions such as Data Centres, distribution and pharmaceuticals operating across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Due to continued success, we are seeking an experience CSA Quantity Surveyor based in Limerick to assist in the delivery of leading-edge engineering projects.

The CSA Quantity Surveyor will work across various contracts ensuring the maximum commercial benefit for the company, this position requires you to work delivery from tender stage through to final accounts. Other duties will include;

*Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
*Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
*Coordination of work effort.
*Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues.
*Valuing completed work and arranging for payments

The successful candidate will hold;
*A minimum of 5 years Quantity Surveying experience
*3rd level qualification in Construction/ Economics/ Quantity Surveying ideally with a technical background
*Experience working on projects in-excess of €5million within the data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or commercial sectors
