Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Warrington
Business Unit: Cavendish Nuclear
REF: SF33589

Likelihood working out of office 2/3 days a week, with the rest at home. Hinton House would be preferred as would be working for others in the Group based at Hinton.


Main responsibilities
Producing layout and detail drawings to support Project / tasks design.
Producing Risk Assessments in support of detail design activities
Producing NFR's / DJR's to support substantiation of Safety Case requirements
Updating / producing Design Guides / Goods Specifications and test documentation


Required skills, qualifications, aptitudes and experience
Mechanical Bias, - HND preferred minimum
Key Skills would be a basic understanding of Alpha Plant Design
A basic understanding of Sellafield Ltd Safety Case arrangements
CAD 3D modelling Capability (AutoCAD / Inventor)
Knowledge of the requirements for CE Marking and producing associated documentation
