Our client, one of the largest banks in the UK are currently looking to recruit some first class Customer Service Associates.

As part of the team here at Chatham, you will manage telephone calls from our customers handling queries that relate to current bank accounts and loan agreements. You will play an integral part in supporting Customers who may need assistance in managing their finances. Most of all, you'll ensure that the primary objective of each call is that customer receives both the best possible advice and an excellent experience.

If you are driven to go above and beyond what's expected, always professional in your work, and can engage with customers using your great communication skills with the ability to demonstrate empathy we would be interested in hearing from you.

Ideally, you already have some solid Customer Service experience within any industry. Good IT skills and a clear and concise telephone manner is essential for this role. Previous debt management knowledge would be advantageous.

This position is a temporary on going full time role, however this particular role is for at least 12 months, therefore not suitable if you are looking for very short term work.

My client offers a fantastic training programme (4 weeks) with ongoing support and development.

You'll be required as full time to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am-20.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 13.00pm, Any overtime is paid at an enhanced rate. Please send your CV in the first instance via the apply now option.
