Quality Inspector

A fantastic opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join our client, a well-established engineering and manufacturing organisation within the Leeds area, who offer specialist products from their portfolio to global customers. This will be working a day shift, Monday to Friday with overtime available.

Due to the increase in workload the business now requires a Quality Inspector for a minimum of 6 months who is able to manually inspect machined parts and castings at the work bench; the role may be extended after the six month period, you will be working days, Monday to Friday. Using all hand measuring tools such as verniers, calipers, gauges and micrometres. Experience with NDT / Die Pen would be an advantage. Candidates who have pump experience will be at an advantage.

The role will be working days and based in Leeds, depending on your preference, with overtime paid at a premium rate. Ideally, you'll be apprentice trained and qualified to City & Guilds or equivalent as a Machinist or Quality Inspector within a similar role.
