Order Distribution Consultant

Long Term Temporary Ongoing Role

£9.00 per hour

Based in the heart of Newcastle's City Centre, you would be responsible for ensuring a continued focus on delivering an excellent service for the Manpower brand. You will be responsible for tracking staffing orders, distributing orders to our Manpower Branches and updating the Clients on the progress of fulfilment of orders. This role is heavily admin based with additional responsibilities such as payroll and pulling reports for Client MI.

You must be fully flexible 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday however flexibility is required for the position. Working a total of 37.5 hours a week basic and over time where needed.


Actively taking client orders, logging shift details accurately onto systems / excel.
Maintain regular contact with our local Manpower Branches and Clients on the progress of filling orders.
Monitor multiple inboxes
Achieve quality SLAs in order to meet client expectations

What we are looking for:

Someone who is fully flexible and looking to work on a long term basis

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Demonstrate ability to use initiative
Confident telephone manner
Ability to use Microsoft packages and Outlook

This is temp ongoing role with no end date therefore we require long term flexible commitment. You will also be required to work in the office, no WFH.

Potential to earn a quarterly bonus after 3 months probationary period.
