Long term temporary assignment (Maternity Cover) with our International logistics company in Faversham is required starting on the 29th March.
As the fleet support administrator you'll be providing administrative support of our delivery vehicles to the drinks industry. You'll need to have worked in the transport industry before and have a strong understanding of compliance in this area.
Duties will include ensuring government rules and regulations, files and paperwork are correctly documented. Repairs and MoT are scheduled and defects are logged with suppliers. Managing both core fleet and sub contractors to complete deliveries and escalating any issues to relevant departments. Ensuring customer service levels are met and manage crews, briefings and 1-2-1s with the drivers.
Ideally you will have knowledge of SAP but crucially you will have a deep understanding of the compliance surrounding fleet management. Hours will vary eg 8-4, 10-6 or 6-2 once you feel ready so some flexibility will be required. Office attire is smart casual and working directly with drivers in previous roles would be a major advantage.
