Calor Gas are looking for a Telemetry Scheduler/ Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis at their site Stoney Stanton in Leicestershire.
The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday start time 7:30am
Administration experience for at least 1 year is required and ideally with customer service experience.
The role also requires experience in Excel and Outlook and the ideal candidate must be computer literate, with excellent attention to detail and be a good communicator working within a team environment
Educational level: educated to A level or higher.
- To schedule 10 telemetry fitters
- Post out schedule to telemetry fitters
- Phone customers to arrange appointments
- Inputting data into spreadsheets and associated databases
- Ensure all paperwork is tidy and stored according to company policy
- Receipt in delivery notes
- Provide helpdesk support to deal with enquires from telemetry fitters in the field
- Assist the Telemetry Stores Administrator with any other duties
