We have an opportunity for a TRAFFIC OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR to join a small and dedicated transport administration team on an on-going temporary basis in Lenham, Kent.
The main function of this role is to provide support to the busy and highly dedicated traffic office team and although transport experience is highly desirable you will be shadowing the person who you are covering for so will be shown the main functions of the role.
Duties are varied and include: answering the switchboard; recording attendance, holidays, uniform and sickness information; undertaking driving licence checks; processing wages and information; distributing post; scanning POD documents; ordering stationary; handling petty cash and filing. Applicants should have good interpersonal, organisational, telephone and PC skills as well as experience and proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Due to the location of the role it is essential that you are a car driver.
Mon - Friday 7.5 hours per day ½ hour lunch. Core Hours 9-5.
