Our client, a professional services multinational are currently growing their content moderation team and are keen to speak with bright and engaging German speaking individuals.
You'll join as part of their multilingual content review and customer service centre where you'll be collaborating with well-known global technology brands to help improve their online product.
As a Content Reviewer, you will be responsible for analysing and reviewing content as well as investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system.
You'll use your problem-solving skills to help improve the quality and safety of online content, while gaining hands-on job experience and making a large impact on society.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve content issues reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and resolve on-time and to a high standard
- Verify content accuracy and authenticity
- Understand and keep up-to-date with client policies and guidelines
- Maintain a level of resilience and maturity.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work within the EU
- Fluency in both German and English
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Internet savvy and familiarity with various internet platforms
- 1-2 year's experience professional work environment and a strong customer service focus
