Manpower are currently looking for an experienced account manager to service one of our key accounts in the Killingholme area.
Previous experience working within account management or in an "on-site" role would be advantageous.
This position involves co-ordinating day to day staffing requirements, liaising with different site departments and dealing with candidate queries. Strong communication skills are key as is the ability to talk to stakeholders at different levels. Strong organisational skills are also important for this position as are good IT skills - there will be some data collation and analysis involved to help support our client's business decisions.
Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
You will be expected to maintain the established client relationship and actively look to grow within different departments.
Basic salary is negotiable + bonus, there is realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 in your first year.
