Campus Monitor

Manpower is currently recruiting for several Campus Monitors to work on a temporary basis in Headington, Oxford. The key purpose of the role is to assist with Covid19- safe campus protocols in respect of social distancing, raising user awareness of direction flow, hygiene stations, required etiquette for space user software systems, monitoring of social study spaces and ensuring general safety is maintained by providing adequate and responsive support/challenge to student/staff behaviours as is necessary. As well as the safety compliance elements of this position, and to ensure students feel socially connected to the university and confident to ask questions, the Campus Monitor Team will play an integral part to ensure students are welcomed/inducted ensuring that all needs and expectations are fulfilled so establishing a helpful/friendly learning environment right at the start of the 'Student Experience'. Full training will be provided

This is a temporary position and will be reviewed on a week by week basis. The hours are 37 hours a week, working any 5 in 7 days per week, Shifts are rotational and are 9:00 -17:00, 10:00 - 18:00, 11:30 - 19:30.
