About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit multiple Armourer positions to be responsible for carrying out the inspection, servicing, repair and overhaul of weapons and armour systems, assemblies and general equipment.
You will diagnose, inspect and assess weapon systems, vehicles and associated mechanical / electrical / armour equipment in line with skills & competency, and be responsible for ensuring all weapons systems and component parts are stored and transported securely.
This is an exciting position to join a supportive team, within a good working environment.
What do I need to do the role?
You will be a Class 1 or Class 2 Armourer, and are educated to Level 3 in a related engineering discipline (NVQ. C&G, HNC).
You must also hold a full UK driving licence.
