Manpower are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to work within a prestigious organisation based in Nuneaton.
Key duties include:
Manage daily transport pickups and deliveries, Plan and co-ordinate transport flows, Inform clients and suppliers of transport plans, Run reports required by head office, Follow up contracts of sale and supply, Preparation of transport documentation, Enter and track activity on the ERP system, Invoicing activity, Control prices & quantities of incoming & outgoing invoices.
Suitable candidates will have;
Ideally from a transport background
Understand Purchase Orders, how to raise and how to challenge them
Planning of transport
Confident in dealing with 3rd parties (Transport provider)
Proficient in Excel
Desirable Navision experience but not essential
Eye for detail
Work part of a team but be able to think for themselves
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced transport administrator to join a rapidly expanding organisation.
This role is on an on-going temporary basis, with the possibility of a permanent position working 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday paying £10.10 per hour
