Birmingham / WFH

We have an immediate temporary position for a Customs Administrator to support the Customs Development Manager and business unit logistics managers with day to day processing of customs related administration.

What you will need to do:

  • Complete transactional customs administration related to shipment of EU export materials from our clients UK warehouses and factories.
  • Ensure smooth communication with hauliers and customs brokers.
  • Respond quickly to customer, haulier and broker queries.
  • Support the Customs Development Manager in improving compliance and efficiency of customs processes for the UK business units.
What we need for you:

  • Administration experience from a logistics, shipping and/or customs environment.
  • SAP / ERP system Knowledge.
  • Team Player - Ability to work remotely / office.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of key aspects within the Logistics industry.
  • Able to work alone or contribute to teams, as required.
