An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client (a leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum) are currently looking for a Data Quality Analyst (Food Manufacturing) based at their prestigious facility in Gloucester. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying £21,294 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Main Purpose of Job

To assist with Harford (industrial grade Quality Management and Control) system implementation, to enhance the accuracy and integrity of our organization's data for Digital Factory project, carry out routine analysis and provide analytical data in compliance with the quality systems/specification to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create process routines to defined site quality standards and apply them in systematic structure.
  • Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs.
  • Analyse, query and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
  • Train operators to use system in accordance with site quality standards.
  • Document processes and maintain data records.
  • Use your data skills to make data available to stakeholders and use these tasks as an opportunity to proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Responsibility for producing accurate weekly and monthly reports.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality standards
  • Identify areas of improvement to achieve data and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Harford system experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of CRQS standards, preferred
  • SAP experience, desirable
  • Good numerical and literacy skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (Excel, Power BI, statistical package)
  • Data Visualization
  • Presentation Skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and to prioritise workload
  • Ability to interpret and evaluate data leading to decision making
  • Basic knowledge of food manufacturing processes
