Manpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidates to become a new member of the Technology Concierge team working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company

The Role

Deliver and improve technology capabilities, enabling colleagues to share information, collaborate better and communicate across digital channels. Support deployment of world class experiences for colleagues & engineering teams globally, whilst having access to cutting edge tools, working in a fast-paced environment where thinking outside of the box is championed.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

  • Greeting customers and assisting with computers issues
  • Access issues - such as password reset
  • Access issues - how to request access to correct data
  • Computer issues - follow procedures to diagnose issue and report issue
  • Reporting - update incidents in the company software tool
  • Training - Show customers how to use EUC tools.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to both learn and transfer knowledge.

You do not need to have had previous experience working in IT. But you need to want to work in Technology and are interested in Technology and want to give any customers visiting the Technology Concierge the World's best customer experience every day.

In your role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team Player with proven communication, organizational, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who owns their role and can multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of delivery against goals
  • Self-motivated, with keen attention to detail and excellent judgment skills
  • Able to integrate and apply feedback in a professional manner
  • Able to prioritize and drive to results with a high emphasis on quality
  • Bring a diverse mindset to the team and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Excited to participate in evolving and driving Digital Workplace tools and services strategy - All while having some fun.
