The role is for a Business Banking Advisor heavily based around Business Customer Service. So if you're a motivated people person with a passion for providing an amazing customer service, there is a great opportunity to join our clients in Business Banking department.
As a Business Banking Advisor, you'll be supporting valued business customers, while you work in an area with significant scope for career progression and talent development.
As part of their dynamic contact centre where there's never a dull moment, you'll have an integral part to play in supporting Business customers who are requesting all different general enquiries.

What we require
We're looking for someone who has experience working in a customer service environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a positive attitude. As a highly self-motivated person with excellent communication and negotiation skills, exceptional IT skills using duel screens, you'll be creative and flexible in the way you work with colleagues.
This is a 35 hour per week role with a fully flexible shift pattern rotational between Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturdays to Sunday 8am to 8pm. Working 1 in 3 weekends.
The successful candidate will receive full training, 33 holidays per year on a pro rata basis and exposure to the working dynamics of a leading financial services organisation which can offer many other career opportunities.
