A fantastic opportunity has come available for a Customer Service exec to join our client based in Norwich. You will be joining a successful team and work with the business to generate new business and deliver a high level of customer service to all their customers.
This role will see you dealing with incoming and outbound calls and would require you to quickly understand the customer's needs and requirements. It is essential that you can communicate over the phone and previously worked in a customer service role.
To be successful in this role you will need to be competent working with Microsoft Packages and proven ability to work part of small teams to deliver high level of customer service.
To deliver outstanding quality of service consistently
To answer calls in a timely and professional manner
To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business
High accuracy of data input from the customer calls
Ability to asses the calls and direct to suitable departments
Customer service skills either over the phone or face to face
Good IT skills
Good time keeping
