Manpower are recruiting an administrator on behalf of our client in the Immingham area.
The Main part of the role will be data entry, and training will be given on the required processes. Other duties will include answering the telephone, general administration duties, filing. Experience of Microsoft office is essential in particular MS Excel and Outlook. You will be required to make some phone calls to clients with regards to imports and exports.
The ideal candidate will possess accurate and swift keyboard skills, be a clear and confident communicator and have a flexible working attitude.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
The position will run initially for one month which may be extended to 6 months and could lead to further opportunities within the company
We would advise a driving licence and your own transport due to the location.
