Customer Service Advisor - inbound - temp to perm - £8.75ph

Our client based in Peterborough are looking for Customer Service Advisors to add to their Contact Centre for ongoing temporary work due to a large project starting ASAP.

This role is temporary for 6 months, following successful completion of the temporary contract there will be a permanent opportunity available.

The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:

* Confident telephone manner.

* Adaptable and resourceful

*Competent written/ verbal communication skills

The role:

The successful candidates will be taking inbound calls from Customers and dealing with sensitive information. You will need to be immediately available to start.
