Job description and skills required for the role - Facilities Project Manager
Duties involve the production of revised plans for facilities changes to plant, office, and production equipment layouts, ensuring the business works toward the economy of operation, maximising use of facilities and equipment, and compliance with laws and regulations.
Additionally, you will coordinate with FM management and 3rd parties in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. Role will include preparation of bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
The individual will take ownership of specific projects and deliver against business requirements and company project control processes.
