Mechanical Fitters

Manpower are looking for three mechanical fitters for their client's rail division based out of Croydon.

You will be responsible for:

Overhaul of cooler groups, transmissions, couplers and engine rafts based primarily in the workshop.

Mechanical fitting, assembly, strip, survey, and test

Writing specifications when required

You will have:

Minimum four years mechanical fitting, preferably for rotating equipment

Ability to work to strict quality guidelines within ISO9001 and RISAS

A working knowledge of safety systems such as Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments

Experience of LEAN manufacturing
