Located on the south coast, and having been established for over 30 years, my client is a leading specialist in precision machined castings. They operate within a variety of industries, including marine, oil and gas, motorsport and medical, which has enabled them to stay robust and continue to build a bursting orderbook, as a result. Their 'cradle to grave' service begins with assisting customers in the selection of manufacturing process and design, right through to casting and engineering.

Due to continued, strategic expansion, an opportunity has arisen for a Foundry Manager to join their team. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership of a small, talented team and take full ownership of the Foundry department. • A current Foundry or Operations Manager.
• A Foundry Supervisor or Team Leader, who is looking for a step up.

My client is offering a generous starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000, plus benefits (a relocation package may be considered for an exceptional candidate, who can get up to speed quickly) and the company are easily accessible from Lymington, Everton, Christchurch and the surrounding areas.
